ULT Deep Squat – Hollow Hold Exercise

Start position – Neutral stance

Squat slow and deep. plant both hand on ground behind you and bring yourself to the floor in a v position. extend into hollow hold. bring yourself back to V position and into deep squat. fire up gluts, drive heels into the ground and return to standing starting position.
