LLT CJS Pendlay Row Exercise

Starting with barbell on the floor, use a grip slightly wider than shoulder width. Hinge at the hips to put them In line with the low back and shoulders. Create tension throughout the body and pull explosively to the sternum (right below the chest) while keeping the hips back and not allowing the shoulders to rise up. Control the barbell to the floor, reset and repeat in a controlled manner.
