Using a light to moderately weighted kettlebell keep the loaded arm locked and pronate your body on the inhalation portion of your breathe. Intend on bringing pelvis parallel to the floor but only rotate as far as your mobility permits. Return on the exhalation. Repeat on both sides for about a minute each side.
