ULT stability ball leg curl Exercise

The goal of this exercise is to strengthen the hamstring and activate the muscles of the spine. to perform this exercise start on the floor with legs straight on the ball. Then lift hips up off the floor as high as possible. Maintain that spine position while the hamstrings pull the ball towards the hips bending at the knee. Once the knees cannot bend more return to original position while keeping hips up off the floor.
