This sequence is a lovely wam up or recovery flow, taking the body through flexion, extension and rotation.
Note the toes remain tucked under as you sit back on your heels. This provides an important myofascial stretch for the feet.
Focus on your breath throughout, ideally breathing both in and out of the nose.
