ULT Jog/Walk at MAF Exercise

This a steady state low cardio session. MAF is maintaining a heart rate of 180- your age. The goal is to do a slow 10 min warm-up to your MAF HR. Jog/walk for the prescribed time, and then perform a 10 min cool down. If you don’t have a heart rate monitor just walk or jog at a pace that you can comfortably carry on a conversation.
