UMT UMT Accel: Rotation Pillow Wall Throw (jc) Exercise

Stand “beside” a wall with 4-5′ of space btw the wall and you. Holding a pillow begin by taking a small step toward the wall simultaneously turning towards the wall and forcefully throwing the pillow against the wall. Release the back heel to help with proper rhythm and timing. Pick it up and repeat.
