ULT Prone Thumbs up Superman Exercise

Lie on your belly with legs extended and elbows bent at a “W” angle. To begin, inhale and raise your chest and thighs off the floor as you lengthen your arms out overhead keeping your thumbs pointing to the sky/ceiling.
Exhale to return.
