Hot Water immersion is used to help deliver fluids and enhance circulation as well as being therapeutic to the body and nervous system. Spending too much time in the hot water can be detrimental to performance. Optimizing the timing of Hot Water Immersion relative to performance is key. DO NOT use Hot Water Immersion after HIGH INTENSITY exercise.
