LMT Band Type 2 LMT Exercise

Now we are loading the lateral flexion of the thoracic spine to help the nervous system “remember” the motion better. Follow the loading progression in the video.
This pattern is beneficial for unloading the abdominal wall and creating a greater contribution of the small stabilizer muscles in a coupling pattern.
