LLT Anti-Rotation Posterior Lunge Exercise

Stand with the feet hip-width apart and keep the hips straight with the knees slightly bent. Put the band at about chest-height, and stand with it directly to the left of the body. Grip a handle in both hands with fingers laced together, straighten the arms out in front, keep back straight and tall, while simultaneously stepping backwards into a lunge with the right foot so the right knee is close to the ground. Push off the left foot and bring the right leg forward to return to standing.
