Starting with the bells on the ground in front of you while you are in a counterbalance position holding the bells, hike the bells towards upper groan area, sustaining a flat back, then thrust hips forward to a standing position while simultaneously cleaning the bell (wrist, elbow, and hip should be inline with each other. Then perform a squat, keeping an extended spinal position (avoid spinal flexion).
