Begin standing, place hands on floor with hands open and pressed into the ground. Step knees to the armpits and place them on the tops of your triceps. Bend your arms and lean into your hands so the feet raise from the ground. Bring your feet together and keep them active while you look forward and to the ground. Tuck your chin and lean forward to place the center of your head on the ground and raise hips directly overhead. Place knees on elbows to modify or extend feet to ceiling and fleet feet towards shins. Tuck knees and come out the same way you come in (lean hips towards chest and put pressure into hands).
