Here we’ll activate the small motor units by asking you to balance then stabilize the hip, knee and ankle then into a squatting position where we will isometrically contract our entire system.
*There’s a lot going on with this one so start small then add in the variables you feel comfortable with. If balance isn’t your thing, to reduce the demand, try this against a wall.
