LAR ULT Sand grounding Exercise

Find a place to sit on the beach, away from people. You can sit on a towel or a low chair, but your feet must be bare and able to dig into the sand. Sit quietly for 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes open (remove sunglasses) and observe the rhythm of the waves. Allowing the sunlight directly on your skin and into your eyes will help regulate your serotonin levels and increase your levels of Vitamin D. These in turn will help set you up for a good nights rest.
