ULT Scapular Distraction Protocol

Assume a 1/2 kneeling position on a bench, chair, box, or step holding a light dumbbell (5 -10 lbs), and allowing gravity to pull your arm bone (your humerus) out of the shoulder socket (distracting it) as you make small circles first in one direction then the other.
