Start a stopwatch when running on an inclined Prercor Treadmill for 0.25 miles as fast as you can

Rest until your timer say 3 minutes and then run again for 0.25 miles.

Start you next set when the timer reaches 6 minutes and then complete the final run interval when your timer reaches 9 minutes.
