LAR ULT LD – ULT – hip hinge hip mobility Exercise

Set the foam roller or Vipr pro end on end.
As you reach long with your arms shift your hips back, look down to the ground as your tilt and lengthen your body. Once stable shift your hips side to side.
Repeat as required.
