ULT Vibrating Ball_Prone Quad-knee pump w/Force exhalation Exercise

Lying down-Face down. Place top of one leg (Quad) in between 3 fingers above knee-cap and 4-5 fingers below hip flexor. Start flexion of knee to increase compression, perform forced exhalation while holding flexion for 5-7 seconds.
