Place both hands on a fixed object directly in front of you. Flex one hip and press (ward) knee into wall. Internally rotate the hip by lifting your foot out to the side. Focus on pressing knee into object-ward against the object to excite the hip. Pause at the top of motion and then release. Use opposite hand to block the ribs if you feel compensation occuring.
