Let’s get the juices flowing with a shin box. Seated on the ground in a side saddle position, legs at 90 and 90 degrees. Begin by gently rolling the hips over from one side to the other while keeping the non rolling leg pinned as long as possible. Once the rolling leg reaches its max range potential then follow with the trail leg over to the other side.
Once you reach the opposite side pivot off of the outside shin and add hip extension. Bonus points for adding a reach in there at the end.
