UMT Water Aerobics Exercise

During a water aerobics class, the instructor will lead you through a range of different movements using the whole body. The class may also include the use of water weights.
Water Aerobics is classed as a cardio exercise however water can give physical joint support, aid with mobility and can provide resistance in some movements enhancing muscle strength and power.
