Lie face up with crown of your head close enough to wall that you can push your hands overhead to engage with wall. Bring legs to table top – knees over hips, hips at 90 degrees and knees at 90 degrees. Press in to wall then drive one heel long and lower to hover off floor about the width of a paperback. Return to table top, relax. Reengage arms in to wall each time, drive other leg. That is 1 rep.
