LMT [J] – Hip Opener Get Up Combo – Single Leg Band Pull Apart Exercise

Holding a Theraband or similar resistance band, perform a scorpion hip opener, then transition to a single leg bridge, using the band in your outstretched arm to open your chest and stretch it out. Now flipping back around, bring your one foot to your hand and stand up, balancing on this one leg and pulling the band apart. Reverse your steps to get back to your starting position and alternate sides.
