UMT Plank Push Pike Exercise

This is a signature fundamental strength UMT exercise that you can incorporate into your fitness daily. Modified it can be an activation, mobility or even restorative exercise. With more control, pace and time under tension / reps it can be sequenced into a 4Q block and be the challenging unloaded exercise that keeps your whole body primed and at work. Core, LPHC, Upper Body are engaged whether modified or completed at full effort.

Version 1: High plank into pike, controlled eccentric movement into high plank.
Version 2″ High plank, push up into pike, controlled eccentric movement into push up, repeat.
