ULT CJS Forward Squat Fold Protocol

Standing with feet together fold forward (keeping a flat back), placing your hands on the ground, your toes or your ankles. Bend at the knees to reach or slightly surpass the elbows and extend fully to activate the quad and move fluid through the knee joint.
