LMT DB/MB lateral lunge with diagonal reach (jc) Exercise

Using a light to moderate sized single DB or MB in both hands. Lunge laterally and land with hip, knee and ankle while simultaneously laterally bending and reaching both arms diagonally in the same direction. Return to start and repeat.
