LMT ViPR Offset Reverse Lunge, Same Side Shift, Exhale, Runner’s Knee Lift Exercise

With an offset grip, reverse lunge and shift the ViPR down at an angle towards the side of the reverse lunge. Exhale fully while attempting to create as much space as possible from the front hip to the opposite end of the ViPR. Then, lift the ViPR with the back knee into a balance.
