LMT (LMT) ViPR Pro Lateral lunge to vertical shift (AS) Exercise

Begin in a low squat and take one handle with a reverse grip. Stand up from a low squat flipping the ViPR up to the mid line. Hold the ViPR vertical, lunge laterally and shift the ViPR Pro forward.

Move from the hips and maintain a tall spine throughout. Avoid only lifting the ViPR Pro with your arms.
