GAR LMT Hinge w/ ViPR Assisted Rotation Exercise

Take a wide grip on ViPR.
Keep one knee extended while performing a Hinge and maintaining kite.
Rotate away from the bent knee while using the trail hand to push the ViPR further around into rotation.
