This is primarily a stretch for the lat muscle underneath the arm, but it also good for the back and hips. From a table top position (hands and knees), shift your hips back to your heels and reach forward with your arms. Now bend your arms, bringing your hands together behind your head as if you were praying. To deepen the stretch reach your chest or sternum to the ground and don’t be afraid to walk the elbows up to deepen the stretch. Hold.
