Starting from an athletic stance and external load shifted away, initiate an anterior crossover step (alternating legs). Keep in mind that the external load won’t move and the eyes will stay looking at the objet but the head will be fixed with the body’s movement.
Load: Light – Moderate
Eye tracking: aim for a specific point on the object.
