UMT VR Spinal twist mop flop and chop Exercise

Standing straight up, begin pivoting toward one side, then the other, flopping your arms around the axis of your body as though you were a mop spinning and twisting back and forth. Make sure you pivot by going up on the ball of the twisting foot, then replant that foot and go up on the ball of the other foot in a pivot. After a few flops, switch to chops: keep your hand loose until it reaches toward your neck, where you will make a chopping gesture before spinning back in the opposite direction.
