LMT DB 1-arm Wide Deadshift Exercise

Assume a Wide Stance while the weight is on an elevated surface next to you (bench, chair, sofa). Shift your hip to the side while reaching across with the opposite hand and grab the weight. Move with your hand to the other side and place the weight down on the ground. Return to your middle position and repeat.
