1) Resting Heart Rate
2) Resting Blood Pressure
3) Brazilian Sit to Stand: Deduct 1 point for each assistance (hand down, knee down, etc. AND deduct .5 points for loss of balance and moving a foot to reposition)
4) Single Leg Balance (1 min.)
