Day – Increase NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). During the day pick 2-3 things to do to increase you movement frequency today or come up with you own NEAT activities. The key is to just increase the amount of movement in your day and even better when including friends, partners and family members.

Sample activities: Take a walk, play yard games, take a bike ride, chores, take a hike, shoot hoops, play frisbee, play catch, go to golf range, yard work, play with kids and/or pets, go bowling, etc.

Evening – Breath Work: Tonight find time to wind down before bed by following the Legs Up PNS breathing exercise below.
