This is a program for an avid runner. This female athlete is a wife and mother of 2 and loves to run. So much so that she is attempting to run the Boston Marathon in a couple months. She is coming off a 3 month physical therapy rehabilitation of a patellar tendinitis. This program will introduce strength and power training along with mobility and active recovery to her running program. The running program has been designed by the running coach. In this program you will see RUN as a placeholder for that program.
