ULT TRX Squat Jumps Exercise

Stand center of anchor point with elbows under shoulder. Bend knees and extend arms up toward anchor point allow body weight to fall away from anchor into hips. Make sure to look up at anchor and do not round shoulders. Jump up using 90% leg and 10% arm strength.
