This block is designed to jump start the development and growth of the core complex which tends to go on vacation when you sit, work at a desk or drive around often (all sitting). We weren’t meant for that!
This movement block is designed to stimulate muscle growth through hypertrophy in the core.
It is IMPORTANT to keep moving through this circuit as we want minimal rest (10-15 sec) in between exercises and a long rest between sets (1-2min).
