This block is designed to jump start the development and growth of the core complex which tends to go on vacation when you sit, work at a desk or drive around often (all sitting). We weren’t meant for that!
This movement block is designed to stimulate muscle growth through hypertrophy in the core.

It is IMPORTANT to keep moving through this circuit as we want minimal rest (10-15 sec) in between exercises and a long rest between sets (1-2min).

The heights of your "pedestals" with create variability in the challenge of this movement. I'm using a Vipr but anything with mass will do. Begin closer to the hips and work your way up or down to increase the challenge based on the desired outcome. The smaller the base the more force you'll have to use to stop the motion of the object.

Fold up at the midline then lower yourself back down to earth. The key is to have the upper and lower limbs leave and return to the ground at the same time. This will help you develop your balance and environmental awareness.
