UMT CJS Crow Pose Exercise

Begin standing, place hands on floor with hands open and pressed into the ground. Step knees to the armpits and place them on the tops of your triceps. Bend your arms and lean into your hands so the feet raise from the ground. Bring your feet together and keep them active while you look forward and to the ground.
