UMT 4 Cone Sprint, Shuffle, Backpedal Exercise

This change of direction drill focuses on transitioning from 3 different types of agility. From a sprinter’s stance, sprint, then shuffle around the 2nd cone, backpedal around the 3rd cone, return to sprinters stance quickly at 4th cone and quickly repeat.
