LMT MB Lateral Lunge Wall Ward Exercise

Standing parallel between MB and wall. Pick up ball, lateral lunge towards the wall the push MB into wall for 1 count. Return and repeat. This warding practice is designed to activate hips and upper body to rotational movement.
