LLT CJS Swiss ball DB fly to SA sit up Exercise

Lying on swiss ball with DBs in hand, pull scapula & shoulders down to then squeeze chest and raise dumbbells(DBs) to center. From this position crunch core and extend DBs forward and up to the sky, activating core musculature and serratus anterior.
