Sit, or Stand to massage your feet in the sand, dirt, wet grass.
curl your toes to scrunch up the sand, dirt or grass
dig your ball of the foot into the ground, rock back on your heels, twist your feet.
lying on the ground in supine position feeling placing you hands face down and push them into the ground, with breath work. Push and release.
work through squeezing muscles to bones starting at your feet and working up, then slowly release. Enjoy the feeling of letting your body relax.
Spend about 10-15 minutes just grounding yourself.
Then come to a sitting position on the ground, with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground for about 5 minutes, enjoying the air, sun and wind on your body.
