LLT Bench 1KB/DB 1 Arm Row Exercise

Stabilize yourself with one side holding dumbell with leg on ground for support. The opposite side leg is placed in alignment bent knee on bench with a steady flat hand on bench. Controlled deceleration out of the row. Lead explosive movement upwards with the elbow so you pull back/ up with elbow vs outward with the range of motion.
