Now we move real time with our body weight, a level change and the moving of the head/vision. From a standstill take an easy stutter step or a shuffle then drop into a nice easy ice skater. Follow your reach with your eyes then, as you uncoil your body, shuffle back to the opposite side, load into your skater, drop your hips, reach and look where you’re reaching.
*This added level change, look and reach will prime the vestibular system to cap off this sequence and create situational awareness for most athletic endeavors.
