Take a minute and rest completely flat in the grass. Use a towel if necessary, otherwise just in full body contact with the earth. This technique can produce nearly instant changes in physiological measures which will help improve sleep, reduce pain, decrease muscle tension and lower stress. If you must lay on towel, place both bare feet flat on the ground touching the earth.
