UMT mobility drill for the LPHC. Start seated with legs in front, knees bent, chest lifted. Take both knees to the right side floor, lifts hips off floor to 90/90 Kneel, step left leg over right to a half kneel, stand up on both feet facing away from the starting direction (180 degree transition). Take right leg to floor in half kneel position, lift leg leg and sweep over the right so it lands behind the right leg in 90/90 Kneel position, lower hips to floor, then lift knees through to left. Repeat on left side.
