ULT Supine Belly Breathing Exercise

Lay on your back
Place one hand lightly on belly button and lightly one hand on chest.
Circle of breath – in through the nose for @:6-8; exhale through the mouth @:15-20
Repeat 4x
**make sure to keep shoulders down and only belly rising
***challenge: see if you can inhale laterally once belly is full
